The LEAD 2023 fee is $5,200 and includes lodging, most meals, and instructional materials. A 10% discount is available for members of the Virginia Institute of Government. Payment in full is due one month before the start of the program. View the program page for the cancellation policy.

Please complete the application below. On the application form, include your first and second choice of program dates. Since programs fill up quickly, you may be placed on a waiting list.

If a representative from your organization instructed you to apply, you may already have a place reserved for you. Please fill out the application, and we will let you know if you have been accepted to a class.
